Project Manager of a 27+ million dollar, 557,000 thousand SF. mixed use building for Codina Development. Responsibilities include preparation of Request for Quotations, Procurement of Subcontractors, Bid Tabulations,Monthly Reports, Cost Reports, Letter Changes, Extra Work Orders, Subcontractor Status Logs,review/approve Subcontractor Requisitions and Requisition for Payment to the Owner. Conducted weeklySubcontractor, Safety, MEP and OAC Meetings.

Resident Project Architect - Miami- Dade Aviation Authority 1999 - 2000 The HallGroup, Miami, FL

Miami International Airport Terminal Extension North Phase III. Support staff of six. Project value 80M+.Coordinated project phases with the Contractor, Dade County Building and Zoning, Fire Department, Terminal Operations, United States Customs, Immigration and Naturalization, MDAD Maintenance, ensure the project’scompletion on schedule, according to contract, and budget.

Review of Contractor’s Application for Payment, Change Orders, Work Orders, RFI’s, daily progress reports andother project documents.


Project Manager - Project Architect 1997 - 1999

Architect/Project Manager for a wide range of projects including port terminal expansions for City of San Diego and Royal Caribbean Terminals at Port of Miami. Supervised and directed architectural design team of six.Oversaw bid solicitations, Contract Documents, responded to RFI’s, Submittals and Applications for Payment.
